Project development

Here the task is to Track and document my project progress.

AS  my project is surprise box which used to teach younger or kids to develop skills of ordering. Child can place the puzzle places in order, Then the box will open  and there will be gifts inside the boxe.Box will not open until the placing of these puzzzle slots are not placed.

This product is a good  thing for small kids.

My project plan

First of all I need to make a complete plan for my project.So that I can implement it into reality.

Following process are to be carried out and this will neeed to be executed with in the mentioned days(total2 weeks).

1-3D designing and 3D printing: Designing of the box in 3D and printing the required structures over the box(2Days)

Computer controlled machining(1 day)

Electronic board designing  production and programming(1 day)

Assembling the stuffs and testing(1 day)

Documentation and creating the presentation video and slide(1 day)

I hope this will work out as per my planning.

what is the deadline? How much time do I have left?

I have 2 weeks for my entire project including the documentation and every thing related to the project.

what tasks have been completed, and what tasks remain?

I have done the 3D designing part,Electronics  parts, programming as well by consuming  the weekend days as well. But the CNC machining of the designing is remaining. But I can complete it as soon as possible. I have  tested the mechanism working with servo motor. 3D printing of structures is not finished,Need to do that aswell

how will I complete the remaining tasks in time?

I have to find the free time when the Colleagues are free from CNC cutting. So that I could finish the mechanical structure of my project and I can paint as well if time allows.

what has worked?

Servo mechanism, Conducting the slots connected with resistors in puzzle structure.

what hasn't?

Firstly the servo mechanism was not worked properly. Then by adjusting the parameters in code cleared the problem.

what have you learned?

Designing which was very weak as considering in my case.

Mechanical structure fixing was not fin firstly. So  gave some adjustments in  the design to cut it properly.
